STAGES 1-4

 

Stage One

30 Days Programme

1) Pray 5 times a day, no delay - A MUST

 

2) Every night make sure you sleep on your right side

(it's recommended in Islam & proven to balance your hormones)

 

3) Read Morning & Evening Remembrances - everyday without fail

(Fortress of the Muslim - small prayer book found in Islamic bookshops)

 

4) Pray Tahajjud, once a week - twice should be absolute max

 

5) Sleep with wudu every night & recite Ayat al-Kursi

(verse 255 Surah Al-Baqarah)

 

6] No Music & No Television

 

7) Try and eat 7 dates in the morning

 

8) IF you can read Qur'an - Read 1-2 pages a day

 

9) Monday & Thursday Fasting - IF possible

 

10) Visit Abu Ruqya's Facebook for reminders

 

11) Listen to Abu Ruqya's Treatment audio daily

Stage Two

Stage Three

2 rakat Sunnah after Maghrib & Isha

 

2) Every night make sure you sleep on your right side

3] Sleep with wudhu & recite Ayat al-Kursi (Verse 255 Surah Baqarah)

 

4] Recite 3 Quls before sleep - Al-Ikhlas (112), Al-Falaq (113) & An-Nas (114) :

Cup your palms, recite 3x each & blow into them, then rub over your body 3 times

 

5) Read Morning & Evening Remembrance, every day without fail

6) Pray Tahajjud, 3 times a week - 5 times should be absolute max.

 

7] No Music & No Television

 

8) Eat 7 dates in the morning

 

9) IF you can read Qur'an - Read 15 pages a day

 

10) Monday & Thursday Fasting

Stage Four

30 Days Programme

1) Pray 5 times a day, no delay - MUST + 2 Sunnah before FAJR + 2 rakat sunnah

before & after DHUHR + 2 rakat Sunnah after MAGRIB + 2 rakat Sunnah after ISHA

 

2) Every night make sure you sleep on your right side

(it's recommended in Islam & proven to balance your hormones]

 

3] Sleep with wudhu & recite Ayat al-Kursi (Verse 255 Surah Baqarah)

 

4] Recite 3 Quls before sleep - Al-Ikhlas (112), Al-Falaq (113) & An-Nas (114) :

5) Read Morning & Evening Remembrance, every day without fail
